1. Carry out teaching and develop science and Islamic values.

4. Carry out research in order to develop the scientific and community service.
5. To contribute in the development process, particularly in connection with efforts to strengthen the spiritual, moral and ethical development.

Education Curriculum
Curriculum Darussalam Institute of Islamic Studies directed towards the provision of learning experiences competence-oriented set. Institute of Islamic curriculum Darussalam consists of four integrated elements:
1. Elements that build basic capabilities of the Islamic sciences are reflected in General Courses (MKU).
2. The element which serves to develop reflective thinking skills-philosophical and methodological reliability in the face of the problems of religion and society as reflected in the Basic Courses Expertise (MKDK).
3. The element which serves to develop specialization courses that are reflected in the core subjects (MKK).
4. The element that serves to enrich, complement and support the students' academic ability and Profesiaonal reflected in Electives / Support (MKP).
